The Capella Stella Maris Foundation wishes to stimulate rediscovery and appreciation of liturgical music from the renaissance and early baroque for a broad public, at the same time respecting and preserving the authenticity and specific aspects of this music. Hence, CSM has been founded but at the same time workshops and courses are organised in favour of choir members and others who want to enrich their knowledge in repertoire and vocal and musical techniques. Singer and early music specialist Mikae Natsuyama is the initiator and artistic director of the foundation.

By becoming a Friend of the Cappella Stella Maris Foundation, you will support its objectives and facilitate the ensemble to perform on regular base. You can become a Friend for a year by depositing a minimum of €25 on account number NL60 ABNA 0402 4356 99 i.n.o. 'Stichting Cappella Stella Maris' with the message 'vrienden CSM'. Our artistic director and choir members will be utterly grateful for your support!

Recently we were added to the website of voordekunst, an initiative that aims to offer a platform for artists and musicians in order to help them promote and realise their projects by means of donations and/or sponsoring of a broad public.
